Welcome to F.I.T Bodyz Performance Academy, founded four years ago by Ming Mafoe to empower young athletes and address grassroots challenges. Driven by a vision to unlock potential and break financial barriers, the academy provides a platform for aspiring athletes to achieve higher honors in sports. 

In 2023, the Junior Academy (ages 10–14) launched to build foundational skills, discipline, and sportsmanship. For older athletes (15–21), the Senior Academy offers advanced training and preparation for future challenges. 

Our experienced coaching team ensures personalized mentorship, fostering dedication, resilience, and excellence. Many of our athletes have gone on to achieve remarkable success, representing local teams, national squads, and even competing internationally, showcasing the caliber of talent nurtured at F.I.T Bodyz Performance Academy.
